Lead Data Engineer
I am Software Engineer, and, naturally I love solving problems, but the software is a mean of achieving business goals. There are several core concepts that I reflect about all the time: Asking questions I like to ask questions. And I am not afraid of answers that could shake the very foundations of our beliefs and assumptions. No panacea There are no one-size-fits-all solutions. Every good solution is just the appropriate balance of trade offs. Consultant's job is to point out those trade offs to decision makers. Simplicity Simplicity over everything. Simple systems are easy to maintain and to extend. Creating value In my private and professional life I'm trying to create maximum value in given situation with given resources and there is no such thing as separation between personal and professional beliefs and behavior. In my non-work time I like trekking, challenges and adventure, and sci-fi. And I'm trying not to take myself too seriously.
